First run after graduation this morning, ran pretty well and quickened my pace except for the long slow climbs at the end. Still hasn’t sunk in yet that I’ve completed the Cto5k, but determined to consolidate the program and keep running... 🏃🏼🏃🏼🏃🏼

Brilliant...running for 30 mins is a great acheivement, keep running like this regularly and your stamina and strength will improve even more, and you will naturally get quicker and run for longer if you want to...
