3 hours!

No, regrettably not running .... procrastinating. Found every excuse you could possibly think of not to go outside today. In the end I did go, but only just about in time before making me late for my appointments this afternoon. It may seem nothing at all to most of you, but I'm giving myself a "pat on the back": I managed to do a W2 session outdoors (my bette noir) and it didn't feel too bad. I don't expect my next run to be until Monday, but I'm then going to try an outdoors W3 session. Probably going to do more than one W3 outdoors, even though I've done several on the dreadmill.

Step outside love, as the song goes. Or does it? No matter!

Outside is lovely. I just went there myself for a run and an errand combined. You might find if you combine both it gives you more of a sense of purpose. I run to the post office, to the food shop blah blah. Love it!

It's much easier to just go out and do your run rather than have the wrangle with yourself. Still, you know that don't you. Ha ha

Good that you did your run though! That's great!

You did it! Short and fairly sweet? You are out there and you did it despite the reluctance.:)

Very well done indeed... :)

Yes, after carrying on to 5K on the Parkrun course on my last outing it did seem to be over quickly.

Weird thing to say, but even if I walk all the rest after a C25K session I feel more satisfied if I carry on to complete a 5K distance. Must be going mad!

It is... but it is what makes this whole journey so fascinating :)

For me..after Graduating.. 7K was a magic number... no idea why...I never put myself under pressure or made it a challenge, it just evolved as I carried on running.

I think I was more excited when I reached 7K than when I reached 10K. I still really enjoy my 7K run... I never worry about time or speed... I just like the feel of the number :) Silly eh?

But it makes us each unique!

NO NO NO!!!! Don't start me thinking about more distances before I can even manage to run easily just down the street. It's a blessing and a curse but I like power walking (weird or what?) and that 7K figure ..... NO, it will have to wait.
