NEW OUTLOOK ON FOOD
Well done so far! On the running and the lifestyle changes. More success -> more self-esteem -> more motivation -> more success ... it's a virtuous circle.
Let us know how you find the outdoor running. Personally, I prefer it (once I got over the worry that everyone would stare at me).
This is not a ramble... ( read some of mine if you have an hour or so :)) !
It is a great post and so motivational... healthy eating and exercise..the perfect combination
Just the right time of the year too, with all the green stuff coming through...
Emotional runs are fine.. I sometimes, laugh out loud, cry, whoop and jump around like a loopy thing, as the mood takes me... I have scared quite a few, pheasants, rabbits, birds and sheep on my travels!
You will love being outside in the big wide world! Enjoy x
what a lovely post, you are clearly already reaping the benefits and it just gets better... and we are the same age... I will be 47 in September
I was 46 when I started C25k. Its a good age to reinvent yourself and become the sexiest you ever.
