Morning folks

I had a break due to cold and holiday after finishing week 7.

Should I go straight onto week 8 or repeat?

Looking at your past posts i would pick up where you left off and see how it goes. If you do ok thats great, if not drop back a week or so.

Given the difference between teh two is three monutes at the end, just go forth and see how you get on: If you still have something at the tank after 25 minutes, press on to 28; If you are a gasping wheezing snotty mess screaming for it to stop and staggering on the tattered bloody stumps of your ankles, then press on anyway.

I had 21/2 weeks off due to injury after W6R2 then when I tried run 3 1 managed 20 minutes on Sunday before I felt as if I was going to throw up and or pass out. Managed the whole 25 minutes of R3 today. I think it's amazing how my stamina has iremained despite the break and too much over indulgence over the holidays. I'd say give your next run a go and see how you manage.
