Well this morning I have managed to run just short of 7km! I think if my calculations are correct. So here's how I did it...
I varied my route to avoid some hilly inclines,(although I managed to achieve some of them) and ran for 35minutes then stopped my stop watch. I then had a walk for ten minutes to get breath back ,then started stop watch again and ran for another 7 mins.,so in old money I had ran for 4.22miles,42minutes.
Beautiful Easter Monday! Weather super so most enjoyable morning.could see for miles across the fields, loads of cows and an abundance of lambs frolicking in the sunshine. Lovely!.... π π
I skim read that as "an ambulance of lambs" Baa! Anyway, that didn't stop me enjoying your post even if I can't run as I'm still recovering from a chesty cold.
Thanks so much NRNA. Ha! No it was defiantly an abundance of lambs,no blue lights there! πππ so pleased post cheered you up and hope you start to feel better soon.
Oh there a couple of fields near me that are full of baby lambs ! They are so cute. It fair warms your cockles doesn't it seeing them frolicking on the grass. Gorgeous !
Really Well done on your 7k, fantastic achievement ! xxx
Thank you poppypug! Yes it is a joy to see nature at its best ! I love were I live and to be able to run here is fantastic. However it would be nice if there were a few more flat place to run ...... But hey can't have it all . It's still all worth it. π π
Yes I see what you mean! That does make sense,as where I used to find running hardish! now every time I go running it's more enjoyable as aposed to a struggle yippee! π π Thank you!
