I'm slowly coming back

So I have not been posting for some time, as I have been recovering from a really bad case of shingles and some of life's hurdles! But tonight I took the plunge and joined the beginners group at local running club. Having graduated previously I was disappointed with my poor performance tonight, but the group leader was very encouraging walking with me when I needed to... And I will go back and hopefully get back on track again.

So must get back to my three runs a week and build back up.

Shingles.. nasty! Take it slowly and you will be back on form soon.

Building up takes time... but it comes... steady and slow, as ever :) x
