Oh how I love it! This time last year I had never run - I started c25k in July. Yesterday morning I had a lovely run in the sunshine - through the next village, onto a riverbank path, back through the village, onto the canal towpath and home. Saw the usual ducks and swans but also a heron which took off from the bank in front of me. Did 5k in my best time since February 4th, so my Garmin tells me. Still wearing layers and a jacket because of the breeze, but T shirt days are not far off for me if it stays like this!
