I am sat here on my couch with a cup of tea. Can't feel my legs. Can't stop grinning either :)

Went out early this morning and totally ran W4R1.

It was hard. Really hard. But by taking it slow and steady I was able to complete it first try.

What an amazing program this is turning out to be!

Thanks for your support and advice which has really helped motivate and build up confidence.

5k here I come! :)
