Hello!

I've started the plan however I'm a bit confused - with rest days. So should I only be doing the weeks as weeks so running 3 days out of 7? Or should I be running every other day?

Thankyouuuuuuu

Hi and welcome

You can do the program however you wish as long as you leave 1 day between each run day X

Basically yes, the plan calls for running 3 days out of 7.

For complex, but nonetheless important, reasons you should not run on consecutive days.

Whatever works for you. Some run every alternate day. I ran on Mon-Wed-Fri taking the weekend off. Whatever you choose to do, the important thing is not running on consecutive days. Good luck!
