Got week 5 done this morning! Really struggled as I have a dose of man flu which affected my breathing and make my legs ache way more than normal! Hopefully shake this cold off before I start week 6 on Monday!

That's the biggie, so really well done to you, especially if you weren't 100%. Take it easy though, if you have any symptons below the neck then you shouldn't run. The programme will wait for you 😊

I agree if it's flu be careful, the runs can wait, looking after yourself is your top priority. Take care Rfcx.
