Week 9 begins

I know, from reading here and past experience, that there will be good and bad runs but this evening (our time!) I experienced a wonderful and enjoyable run. I couldn't stop smiling and never felt that gremlin type thing once. I don't know if it was the sheer delight at having made it to week 9 or what but I loved every bit and felt like I was flying. Roll on Sunday...Hope everyone else is having great runs. My husband is in week 2 , he started having witnessed my journey, and he found it tough today and I could honestly say to him I found week two hard going too. 😄😄😄😄
