After 8 weeks my bold pressure has gone from 130 / 95 average ... to currently today around 110/ 75 average. My resting pulse rate has gone from mid 80’s to low 70’s and weight has gone from 19stone (18 stone 12lbs) to 17 stone 4lbs... this is as I enter the final week... I am now completely vegan and whilst there is still a long way to go in terms of weight, (I am 6ft 3ins) everyone says oh you don’t look fat etc but all my internal readings were saying danger ahead (maybe there still is) but without having this structure I could not have reduced these key indicators of cardiovascular health. Of course no one knows what’s to come and I may have addressed things too late but at least there is some statistical measurements that say risk has been reduced..
in closing I have done this with two different cancers active and two previous stokes in my early 30’s..So I hope it shows that things are possible. There is always tomorrow to face of course and no guarantees of health or wellness in the future but at least this is something that if I didn’t start I wouldn’t be in a better position now, so I guess just start .. best wishes to everyone on their journey to personal improvements ❤️

As you say, you have statistically reduced your risk of a whole host of conditions and as you get even fitter you will be in the best possible shape and condition to deal with anything that may be lurking around the corner.
Thank you 😊 you are right, no one knows what’s next but keeping in better condition helps enormously.. I wish you much success with your own well-being too 🏃🏻♀️
