Goodbye Week 4.

Just in the door from the last run of week 4.

Feel tired, feel achy, feel exhausted but most important of all..... feel amazing!

For someone who hasn't run since school, it seemed like a lot of running at first and there was a couple times throughout the week I almost stopped. Slowed right down and got it done! Had to tell myself off at one point this morning as a guy ran passed me who looked like he runs marathons in his sleep and without realising I found my pace picked up to match his! My subconscious hates me!

Onto week 5! Can't wait!
