Manchester...no bandits!

Following my request for route suggestions, I ended up just following my nose...Ran from Piccadilly to Castlefield basin by a circuitous route both on and off the Rochdale canal towpath. However, not a single bandit was spied along the route (although evidence of their passing could be whiffed under a few bridges! Yuk!) and I arrived back at my apartment in one, sweaty beetroot faced, piece.

Not my most enjoyable run but really pleased to have made it today after a full couple of days in the classroom (I'm doing a course) I needed to do something physical.

Good grief...another sentence I never expected to say!
