New trainers and I ran for 33 minutes 😊

I'm breaking in my new NB trainers! I love them them ❤ I also ran for 33 minutes on the treadmill this morning at the gym😊 I reckon I could have done more, but I got pins & needles in my left foot, must have tied my laces too tight! We live & learn!

I ran outside last Wednesday and fell over and badly grazed my hand ☹️

Oh dear, it happens but you get back up and go again. I looked like Frankenstein's monster a few weeks back when I fell on my face 😫
