So the wedding anniversary run turned into a solo run when the other half turned back after five minutes. However, I was determined to graduate today so carried on. My usual plan is to time to 15 minutes, turn round and time 15 back. But today I decided to see if I could do 5k, so the timer was turned off and map my run was my guide. Just under 35 minutes and I've run the whole way... 5.06km
I'm just beside myself with amazement...and look like a beetroot, but I'm so, so happy!
I'm 52 years old, today we've been married for 29 years and I'm a C25K graduate!!

Oh, that wonderful post-run glow! You look so happy and rightly so! Big congratulations on graduating and lots of luck with the next stage of your running journey! Beware, this running lark is strangely addictive as I have found out myself! I never dreamt when I started out, that running would become such an important part of my life! Oh, and Happy Anniversary too!🙂
That has to be the most satisfied smile I've seen in ages😊What a truly amazing way to celebrate your anniversary - and in awesome style too!
🎶🎈🌟CONGRATULATIONS🌟🎈🎶
And so many things to congratulate you for!
My trusted party planners have been entirely remiss with their emails this week, so I've been late to every one. Hope someone saved me a glass of something😂
