OMG just completed it and can't even begin to describe the elation I felt as laura told me I'd done it....wanted to give up after 5 minutes but listened to the encouragement and dug in....it equated to 1.6 miles continuous running which 6 weeks ago I would never have believed.....I'm a larger lady so this is a massive achievement for me.

I did it! The first ten minutes were hard but it got easier. By the end, I felt as if I could have carried on.

Well done. I'm large too- with short legs, (and old if my daughter is to be believed- I would say nearly old, at 51) I too was amazed when I completed that run..It's quite a daunting one...So very well done. You'll smash week 6!.. And if you complete run 3 then you can do week 7...I'm stuck in the middle of week 7 buy I know I can do it. Just not sure if my knees know it so have rested up a bit more. . anyway, slow and steady and you'll soon be graduating πŸƒπŸšΆπŸƒ
