Not sure which programme you are following as the nhs programme W5r2 requires two x 8 minute runs. W5r3 is a 20 minute run.

Well done but take it steady.

Was a bit confused as we have another RunningGeek on the forum.

Ah silly me! It was indeed run 3 (as the picture shows) blame it on the endorphins!

Just to let you know you can edit you post. But well done, that feeling will take you into W6, which in spite of appearances is not an easy, light touch and catches a fair few out. However, that's for later - today rejoice, for you are a runner!!!

Under your original post there is 3 boxes the third box is an arrow click this and a drop box will open. Click edit post. You should be able to edit all content.
