There will be a showcase of canicross at 12:15pm in the main arena at Crufts this Sunday. If you'd like to see a very clean version of what I get up to when I go out running feel free to take a look; it will be streaming live on Youtube (as is the rest of this year's show).

Please ignore the worried looking woman running with the beagle (Taylor Swift Beagle) and dressed in the brightest neon yellow club t-shirt of all club t-shirts, trotting gently around, because that will be me.

Oh, that is really exciting, well done - don't be embarrassed! I am away on holiday at the moment but will try to watch on catch up.
