W3 R2 plus extra 3 min- done

So done my second run from week 3 and when I finished I was too far away from home to walk in the rain. So I decided to do some extra 3 minutes run. I don't know if I should but I feel great so I guess I am fine:)

Well done. Also completed my second of week 3 and felt really good at the end, dare I say seemed easier this time, I'll pay for that Thursday !!

I find the first run in each session the worst. Meaning, yesterday I was struggling to run this first 90 seconds but after that I was perfectly fine-well red on my face and looking like I am going to die but I honestly felt fine. That's why I added some extra. Also I run extremely slow but as everyone say, speed will come :)

I'm finding it difficult to judge how far to go and usually end up with an extra few minutes walk - but I haven't run it yet! I did once get it perfect and was at my backdoor as the podcast finished 😀 W3R2 today - must remember to stay sloooow!
