So... as I am a coach for my running club I took the beginners group today and we did 400m warm up walk followed by 6 x 300m run and 200m walk and 2 x 200m run and 200m walk. Total of 2.85 miles. So in a round about way it was a slightly longer c25k session. My body seems to be holding up. Doing run 3 Wednesday with my dog. Cant wait π

Sounds good and how fab to be a coach!
I have been running for 3 years and started tail running for parkrun as part of my recovery. I enjoyed helping the beginners soo much I asked my running club to put me through my training. I have got the basic qualifications at the moment and first aid too. Maybe going for the big course next year. You never know what this plan will bring into your life... other than loads of bling!
