OK! did my second run today,congratulation to myself.The second day was not as easy as the first day but I went through it.Now I know why Laura added the 90 seconds brisk walk so people like me can catch some breath.Am a couch potatoes!Hard on my self you may say. My Motto this 9weeks is MOTIVATION! I have told myself you got to keep doing this till the end and graduate. Having my rest day tomorrow.off I go again on Friday. Forward ever backward never!!!!!

That's the spirit. Just keep to the programme and keep putting one foot in front of the other - that's all you really have to do - it's your run, no-one else's. Keep up the good.
Nicely done Jucioj. Time flies when you start measuring it by your runs or at least it has for me.
Congratulations - I've just did my first run of my first week, and now that I've started I really want to keep it up. It was a bit tougher than I imagined - for some reason I thought it was six 60 second runs. After I did my 6th run and she said two more to go I wasn't sure if I would be able to finish it - but somehow I did, just about. Now I just have to stay motivated enough to go back out on Saturday. I'll keep an eye on your progress and hopefully that will help me
