New rout for c25k

Hi guys so the care home who assessed my dad no longer want to take him in due to a behavioral referral at current home. so gonna take a walk at weekend to find a new c2c route as cyclist hardly use them

That sounds horribly difficult to have to deal with - I'm sorry But finding a new route and keeping running is a good plan - do make sure you keep on making time and space for you, no matter what goes on around (Yes, far easier said than done, and I speak from bitter experience!)
