I’m doing my c25k on my treadmill at home, I’m on W4R1 , I do it at my own pace I’m not confident enough to go out and run,the paths and roads play haffoc on my knees
C25k : I’m doing my c25k on my treadmill at home... - Couch to 5K
C25k

One of my take homes from this site is that everyone shares couch25k and at the same time it’s totally our own. I bet there’s plenty of folk running on treadmills here (and after a couple of sessions with storm Dennis I was wondering why on Earth I was doing it outside ...) perhaps, as you get used to it, and your body adapts to running you may have a brief scamper outside... but there isn’t a better or worse :)! Frankly once summer arrives I’ll wish I was inside in the shade ...

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Do it whichever way suits you..................running on a treadmill would be beyond me, my boredom threshold is very low.
Enjoy your journey.
Me too. I am 73. I used to run everywhere in my 30’s. And would love to get that buzz back. I am taking is slow doing 5 or 6 of each stage.
Thanks donna
