Do you guys use them?
I bought a set a couple of years ago and religiously, every month, fill in the data and compare from the previous month. See the way look at it if your going to try and keep fit and maintain body fat levels et el you deserve after the commitment you have put in, to know exactly how you are doing.
I dont always like what they tell me - but a bad few months means once you get your act together you will see tangible results the next few months.
I like the Tanita brand. But there are others out there too.
