I have a long day at work tomorrow, early start and late finish and I was thinking about my run, maybe I should leave it. But when I saw this photo, I changed my mind! I will set my alarm for super early and line up my running gear tonight, no excuses, I am going!

And I'm with you - not run for over two weeks after feeling rough and starting to feel better so I'm going out tomorrow too!
