I completed my graduation run this morning (had been trying to post this since then! Error keeps happening) I felt so good I continued and did a full 3 miles in 36.44. I'm aiming for park run on Saturday, over the next few weeks continue to improve my 5k and then onto 10k training. To treat myself to celebrate graduating I bought myself some running trainer socks from aldi!

Congratulations - that is a tremendous thing well done. It is a brilliant achievement and you should feel rightly proud and still have a fixed grin on your face. I suspect that you will find yourself buying more than just a pair of socks now - for it is at this point that the addiction begins... :)
