Week5 R2 versus new window frames!

Hello everyone hope you are all well today!

Anyway today I completed my week5R2 and won't lie it was at one point a bit hard. But I still managed it and felt great after. I think it was to do with the fact that I wanted to see a neighbours new window frames !! and where they live in the village their is a slight incline so it was my nosiness that made me struggle a little ha!

No worries I shall repeat on Friday and take a slightly different route.πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

  • If you did it without stopping then you are physically ready. Repeat if you feel that you need to in order to build confidence but trust in the programme and know that it has prepared you for this run. :)

  • Thank melly2014,yes I did not stop although in places I did slow down a wee bit because of linclines and of course green window panes ha! A ways thank you so much for support and will let you know .
