Oldfloss Thank you. Today's another day, haven't quite got the head back together yet but just might give a run a try, even if it's just a practice, to try to break my bad spell.

You will do it..I know it seems impossible at times; after I broke my ribs in October, i thought I would never be able to run again, then after getting the dreaded bronchial Lurgy last month, again.. I saw everything disappearing... and the idea of ever running 1K let alone 10K again... But, slow and steady does it, and I made 7K on Sunday

Just take that run and see how you go...

Thank you. I'm thinking I will go into the local park where the Parkrun takes place. It's beautiful and I know it well. I've not yet done that Parkrun but have spied on it and know the course now. I'll take Laura and we will together plod around that 5K course (just the two of us) like we've done once before. You never know I might even be able to complete my W6R3 .....
