W5R2 - I enjoyed that.

I ventured out in gorgeous weather yesterday to have a pop at W5R2. To be honest I was dreading it; even though I've done it before it seems a big step up from 5 minutes to 8 minutes without stopping (twice!) I was also a bit worried about unavoidably having 4 rest days since W5R1 on Tuesday. I needn't have. . After about a minute of protesting, my legs accepted that they were going to have to do that exercise thing again, and kept going for the full 8. What seemed like ages later I set off again- no issues with the legs this time; they just kept going and I even managed a bit of a sprint finish. Best of all was that there were no issues with either breathing or stamina. So the step up to 20 minutes tomorrow now doesn't seem as daunting. Lets hope the good weather holds at least until tomorrow evening.

Brilliant! Go for that 20 minutes - stay slow and have a sharp word with those gremlins. You can do it! :)
