WEEK 3 RUN 2

Hi all

Just completed run 2 of week 3. I do my programme on a treadmill, so my walking speed is 3.2mph and I reduced my run speeds all down to 4mph, so far so good.

As I mentioned in my previous post, that my left foot seems to land on the lateral side, so I thought I would try different shoes today... I used my wifes skechers with memory foam. Now before you all mention it, it is the first time I have worn anything belonging to my other half!! Now back on track, my left foot landed flatter so I think another trip to the runners shop.

😲Need to get that picture out of my head!!

Sounds like trip to the runners shop would be a good idea, even if it is just to put your mind at rest. Does it affect your running? Or is it just niggling you? If it's an imbalance that you can definitely feel, speaking to someone qualified would help you get the answers you need.

Good luck with w2r3 😊
