Well, I've managed run 2 of the week.mit was a bit tiring, since I had to stay late at work earlier and I took some allergy tablets which made me drowsy, but I still completed everything so I'm happy with that. My legs are a bit achey, though (shins and calves). It's no so bad that I feel I should stop, but it's nagging a little. I'm off work Friday so I think the legs should get a good rest!
It's hard to run when you're not in the mood, but I felt good afterwards and I really feel like I'm doing something to improve my life.
You really are! It is so true that the hardest step is the first one out of the door. If only we could harness that feeling afterwards then we'd never find ourselves 'not in the mood' again!
