For tonight's beginner canicross session we had rain, but no actual beginners. So we just ran round the loop pretty much without stopping except to open and close gates etc. I had a brief walk towards the end and we did all have to stop when someone's head torch failed.

My hubby gave me a late Christmas pressie - run lights that you wear over your shoulders with chest light on the front and red one on rear. Really good, although haven't tried it on a run yet!
Ooo, what make is it? I actually always end up running with my head torch in my hand, as there's always some point I find I can't actually see with it on my head anymore. Think it is somethingvto do with my glasses getting slightly fogged up.
Nothing on box, just says 'Run Lights' and printed on the strap, which is like a head torch elastic, it says 'Running Light'. It has three settings, one flashing, one very bright and the other normal, again just like a head torch. Charges using mobile phone cable. I expect there are more expensive, well known brands too but this was off Amazon I think. Will be good for dog walking too but I need to try it out!
