I ran 4.3km in 30 minutes this morning, getting closer to my target of 5K!
Hope everyone's had a good Sunday I seem to have done something to my hip today, not sure if while running or not. I'm sure it will be fine in a couple of days.

Well done Sarah... I never thought I would hit the 5k but I did last week and amazingly I do it every run now without feeling too tired... I think there's a lot of pyschologoy involved in hitting the target. You will do it though

I get hip pain too Sarah, I don't know if it's the way I run or what but I've had to take extra rest days which helps but then I lose my mojo, (not run in over a week now) and feeling a bit sorry for myself). Taken time to read lots of inspirational posts on here again and I will get out running tonight. I Will!! Xx
