Well thats week 4 done and injury free! - thank god!
tonight all went well - I didn't 'fly' through it and i was glad to finish but i'm just glad theres no recurrence of the back pain
Also, thanks to the advice of one of my fellow 'runners' (haha) I've looked into the NHS Pilates for Back Pain and I've already done one class (and enjoyed it!) - its only 30 mins long and its a lot like the exercises my physio guy gave me after my back op - so - I've decided to make this my new routine on my 'rest days'.
So i'll be running mon wed and fri and doing the pilates tues thurs and maybe once over the weekend.
And! ... I've had a wee sneaky listen to week 5 run one podcast for monday - eeekkkkk!!
three five minute runs?? ..........well - bring it on - and wish me luck!
have a great weekend everyone!
