I can't believe I actually managed to complete W5R3 1st time.
What makes it so special is that I have recovered from M.E. (I had for 15 years!) And have hemiplegia (Cerebral Palsy down my right side).
I actually found it much easier than I expected! Tell yourself you can do it and break it down into 5 minute intervals...it really helps.
If I can do it, so can you!

I would go and try and if I don’t manage it I can just put it down as a practice run.

Wishing all happy running and especially W5'ers, you really can do the...
