Well got out there and did Week 1, Run 2. All ok and even did an extra minute at the end! A beautiful day and plenty of ducks and swans out on the lake (I always talk to the swans when I go by)
Anyone else do this?
I happily splashed my way through lots of puddles = good fun!
One thing I must remember for next time is 'don't drink 3 large cups of tea beforehand'!
Think it was a good thing to start right back at the beginning again although frustrating but at least this way I can build myself back up to where I was before (I hope)
