After all my angst about whether to have a consecutive day run or to wait, I have been struck down and the decision taken out of my hands and placed firmly in the middle of my chest! Week five will have to wait unto l I can breathe.

Feeling very sorry for myself!

Oh blow!

We, many of us anyway know exactly how you feel. The dreaded lurgy caught most of us this time last year, and has done so again.!!!

Stay warm, take real care of yourself and do not go out until that chest feels better :)

Poor you, I hope you feel better soon. I also have the lurgy, and have to forfeit my run today too.

Hope you are feeling better soon - don't go out until you are properly well again!

Duvet days until you're completely better! Doctors orders😊

Frustrating but necessary. Sending big hugs. Look after yourself. ☺
