W5R1 - ok!

The warmer temperatures really made it much easier for me, so with less asthma breathing issues and not being freezing cold to worry about I found it ok and could have done a little longer even.

Very keen to get out and try R2 though think it will be a challenge.

I am expecting to struggle on R3 though later in the week, it seems such a big jump :-o

Well done, glad to hear the weather was better for you today. x Your words give me great encouragement for tomorrow. I'm trying not to think about R3 !

I tried to think of already having done 5 min run lengths so it honestly didn't feel any worse having 3 of them!

Good luck tomorrow!!

Well done! Your doing fantastic! Try not to worry about what to expect with the coming runs..The gremlins will try and mess you up, push them aside and go through them! 😊

I've got a bad habit of keep looking ahead before I'm near the point of doing it..

Well done. Try not to think too far ahead, it'll only put you off. Remember...slow and steady does it :)
