Procrastination reigned supreme, early morning plan turned into mid afternoon event, but I did it, thanks in no small measure to all the helpful advice + encouragement from you guys. Not exactly "looking forward" to the W1R2, but at least now I know that I can and WILL be out there. Cheers everyone.

🎉🎉👍 well done🎉🎉👍 good luck with the program❤️

Well done, in around 27 runs, you will look back to when you posted on your first run.

A wry smile will spread across your face, a warm glow will already be inside you and you will be a runner.

Keep at it you can do this.

All the best.

You made the first step, that's the hardest bit. It took me a year to get the nerve to get out and give it a go. Well done and I'm looking forward to reading about your progress :)

Well done! You're on your way. Just enjoy and if you have to do some of the runs twice that's fine too. Most of us have done at some point during the programme. Good luck!

Well done! You've done it once, you can do it two more times and then on to Week 2! Once you start realising 'I can actually do this' the excitement about that next run will come. Keep at it! :)

Brilliant! Probably the hardest part of this is going out to do that first run - there are always other things to be doing, and it's so cold out there. Well done for getting through it.. Good luck!
