Well, one more run to go. Hopefully tomorrow will be week 9 - Run 3 completed and we've done it! C25K accomplished 😁for both myself and my husband. Wow! I'm sure we'll both be wearing the biggest grin on our faces at the end. After week 1 Run 1 we both thought that no way will we ever manage to do this and complete the full 9 weeks. It was tough! But it just goes to show, even at aged 59 and both with health problems, what can be achieved by sheer determination and mind over matter plus also by following the brilliant advice that all you lovely graduates 🎓 give on this forum... Thank you all 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻😊To celebrate we've just purchased our new running shoes... obligatory photos included:

Oooooooh! Fab shoes. Seems to me that if you've only one more run to do in the program the fact you've bought these new shoes means you're planning to keep up this new running lark into the future. I diagnose two serious cases of that incurable condition known as The Running Bug.
