Seen a few people asking about stretching / exercises for ankles, knees, hips etc.

Thought this may be of some use. It's done by a guy who specialises in running training and injury rehab.

I'm on day 19! I knocked 20 or so seconds of my pace but then I got a cold...I'm still sticking with it, and will probably do it again from the beginning when I finish the 30 days.
