but I ignored them anyway. Did a quick re-plan of route as icy pavements which stretch from east-west tend to stay icy here all day, and set off. Although the temperature was colder than the last run, the sunshine soon warmed me up. The second three minute up-hill run was still tough, but as Laura says, there's a lot of satisfaction in not giving up.
I've added gentle hamstring; quad and calf stretches to my daily routine and pleased to say that unlike Monday I had no trouble today.
