At the moment I’m fitting runs round work 3 days I work 10hr shift but the only time I can go is after work which I did ok but then I have 2day gap and the first run of week seems hard should I run every other day which means running after another 10hr shift 🤔

Yes it’s difficult sometimes fitting your runs in ,and hard after working a shift can’t really offer you advice but good luck anyway

No, a 2 day gap is fine, don't think of them as calendar weeks. See them as 9 sections each with 3 elements. Complete all 3 elements then move on to the next section. The important thing is to always take your rest/repair day.

Good luck, and enjoy it. 😊

I run Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. I have found that I need a 2 day rest. I too found W6R1 harder than W5R3.
