So off I went with Ozzy and Winston for W2R1 yesterday. Took a different route, so walked for a mile to get off the main road before starting the podcast and discovered that I was running up hill for all but the last 2 runs!!! A blessing or a curse? Anyway, managed it but will defo have a toke on the old inhaler before setting off tomorrow! W2R2 sounds a killer so will go back to first route which is mainly flat but all running into the pesky west wind…xx
PS Winston picked up his Jolly Ball with a hopeful look as soon as we got back!

Well done for starting Week 2. Hills - hardcore! I'm lucky to live in one of the flattest cities in the country. If I end up running elsewhere and encounter a hill it's a disaster! Hills are apparently the best exercise but sound like a curse to me. Perhaps you can use them the days you feel like a challenge...?
