Another 25 min run in the bag tonight despite the scorching heat! Pretty chuffed :)

Treated myself to my first runners world magazine now I'm a real live runner lol some really inspiring stories & they've got an offer inside for anyone who's interested 3 months subscription for £3!

Then 6 months for £16 after that which is still a bargain as its

£4.50 a month usually.

Anyway here's the link if anybody is interested hearstmagazines.co.uk/rw/815

Hey well done! That's brilliant, especially in this heat! I keep picking up Runner's World in Sainsburys thinking no...not yet...I'm not actually a runner...but soon I will be ( currently on w6r2) - thanks for the link!

Be VERY CAREFUL when reading that magazine!!! Before you know it , some little Gremlin inside the pages will start to put stoopid , evil thoughts into your brain -- Like "Hmm -- maybe I could run a Marathon sometime" , etc!!! :)

I would never have thought this 6 months ago, but I now read several running magazines regularly!

There isn't that much choice - I think I have read them all, apart from Mens Running! I took out a cheap subscription deal on women's running a few months ago, but also tend to buy Runners World and Running Fitness. Not every issue is as good the next, but I have found a lot of interesting articles and find it quite interesting and motivational to read about different people's experiences and different events etc. Bought an issue of trail running recently as well as I really like reading about it....Great reading material for the bus journeys to work or the train to London once a month.

Well done on the run :)

Thanks for the heads up on the magazine. I just hinted heavily to my husband that it would be a good birthday gift for the woman who already has virtually everything she wants ( ie me!)
