So this morning I headed out for my second run. Once more I put my trust in Laura and she did me proud. The legs seem to start aching just as I'm coming to the end of the minute. I had to be careful and not charge off when she says 'Go', the brain thinks she wants a race ! Anyway still huffing and puffing which is to be expected but the main thing for me is that I enjoy being out in the morning air.
Thankfully the trouser issue from Monday was sorted, thanks to a tactically placed safety pin. However as I was concentrating on how my feet where landing I did manage to run into a low hanging tree branch! After a brief tussle I managed to untangle myself and carry on with that look of 'yep it's OK I meant to do that' in case anyone was looking!
Onwards to R3 on Friday, which I will have to do after work. It will be interesting to see how the legs manage after I've been on my feet for 6 hours.

Well done and hope your next run goes well. Remember to avoid trees or practise perfecting your look as if you meant to run into it! My cat does that look when he misses a jump!
Well done, sounds like you smashed it👍 Sorry but I had a little giggle at the branch thing😊 Hopefully one day very soon all us newbies will be out there jogging/ running effortlessly and looking super cool while we're doing it😉 Good luck with day 3.
lol it's OK I chuckled when I told hubby about it. Don't think I'll ever look super cook though, I'm pretty clumsy as you've probably gathered by now x
Well done! Sounds like a great run to me. I know exactly what you mean when Laura says "Go". It takes a great deal of restraint to start off jogging sensibly as opposed to sprinting. Enjoy your running. 👏🏻👏🏻😀😀🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻
