To keep me motivated after my operation, I've just registered for the 10 k race for life. I have "run " a couple of 6, 8 miles recently. Run and walk. I think it will be in June, July. So I've got 6 months. It took me that time to go from running for 30 seconds and walking for 5 minutes, to get to where I am now, so I have lotsof time even if I am out of action for a while. Would love to be able to run it all.
