3rd one :)

3rd one this week felt hard after New Years eve (too many baileys lol) but did it 👏👏 still on recovery so increases gone from 1.5 on Mondays run to 2.00 today and it felt good and I even ran over the footbridge that goes over the railway line 👍😂

I'm having 2 days rest then I'll go out again on wed 🏃🏃 hope everyone had a fab xmas and new year 🎉🎉

  • Well done. Got first run of year tomorrow. The mince pies and stuff have been slowing me down but resisted eating Christmas pudding. Feel good that my will power has hidden it away and will have it as an Easter Pudding.
