Finally ran 5k in the c25k

Graduated in October but only managing 4k, which was 4k further than I've ever run before 😃 but took until today to get to 5k, really pleased to do it before end of 2016, onwards and upwards to 2017!

Well done ! I'm feeling the effects of Mince pie indulgence. But it's great that you are still improving. I have just managed to keep pace with extra few pounds I'm carrying.

But as you say if you compare to last year ,for me anyway, it's better than the lethargic couch potato I was last year.
